NAKODAR
The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.
Investigating Officer (IO)Jagtar Singh said that 28 intoxicant tablets (loose) were recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as Ajay Kumar son of Ashok Kumar a resident of Gohar village.
IO stated that a case has been registered under sections 22/ 61/ 85 of the NDPS Act against the accused.
