NAKODAR
The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a villager with an illegal firearm.
Investigating officer (IO) Tirath Ram said that the accused has been identified as Vishwa Singh alias Vishu’s son of Kashmir Singh a resident of Kang Sahibu village
I O said that an illegal pistol 32 bore US made with a magazine and 5 live cartridges(32bore) were recovered from the accused.
IO said a case under sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act has been registered against the accused.
