NAKODAR
The Nakodar City police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.
Investigating Officer (IO) Balveer Singh said that 252 intoxicant tablets (loose) were recovered from thepossession of the accused, identified as Buta Ram alias Buti, son of Jogindar Ram, a resident of Mahun Wal village.
IO stated that a case has been registered under sections 22/ 61/ 85 of the NDPS Act against the accused.
