Two women among four booked for criminal trespass, conspiracy.

The Lohian Khas police have booked four persons, including two women, on the charge of criminal trespass.
Investigating officer (IO)Balwinder Singh said that the accused have been identified as Daljit Kaur, wife of Jeet Singh, a resident of Seeche Wal village, Buta Singh, a resident of Hundal Dhadda village under Nakodar Sadar police station, his wife Nidar Kaur, and son Gurpreet Singh
Tara Singh, a resident of Seeche Wal village, complained to the police that his sister-in-law, Daljit Kaur, living in Canada, has been staying in the village for the last nine months and is not allowing him to cultivate his land and fight with him.
The complainant said on August 20, his sister-in-law, with other accomplices, ploughed his millet crop and threatened him with dire consequences, and the accused had set afire his motor room on July 29 and damaged the motor starter and other items. He said the case of the land was decided in his favour by aourt.
IO said that a case under sections 329(3) (criminal trespass),511(attempt to commit an offence punishabwithlife imprisonment) 351(2) (criminal conspiracy) 426(G), 324(4) (mischief ), 3(5) (committing a crime with common intention ) of BNS has been registered against the accused.
