NAKODAR
The Nakodar City police have arrested two miscreants on the charge of affray.
Investigating officer (IO) Subash Chandar said that the accused have been identified as Kamaljit Singh and Kuldeep Singh, both residents of Mandi Hajoor village, under Sadar Fazilka police station.
IO said that the accused and their accomplices were armed with weapons and played hooligans at a festival.

four unindentured accomplices
