The Bilga police have booked six unidentified criminals on charges of stealing iron rods from an under-construction bridge on the Sutlej River. Sarwan Kumar of the MKC company based at Poadarra village complained to the police that unidentified person stole 2 quintals of iron rods meant for use in a bridge on the Sutlej River.
Investigating Officer Charanjit Singh said that a case under section 303(2)(theft) of the BNS has been registered against the unidentified accused.
