NAKODAR
The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a woman drug peddler for selling intoxicant tablets.
Investigating officer (IO) Gurnam Singh said that 18 intoxicant tablets(loose) were recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as Pardeep alias Bhuchi, the wife of Rajpal, a resident of Mudh village.
IO stated that a case has been registered under sections 22, 61/ 85 of the NDPS Act against the accused.
The Mehat Pur police arrested a woman drug peddler, Ranni Bai alias Raj alias Kalo, wife of Sham Sundar,
a native of Haryana and presently living in Rajasthan, with 25 intoxicant tablets (loose), said IO Kashmir Singh.
