JALANDHAR: DAV University formed women self-help groups with the aim to impart skilled training to women from nearby villages on the occasion of International Women’s Day. Women would prepare value-added products from horticultural produce (fruits and vegetables) under the guidance of the university experts and they will be economically and socially stable. InduBala, MLA Mukerian, and Aruna Arora, MC Model town Jalandhar, inaugurated the event by cutting the ribbon.
