NAKODAR
The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.
Investigating Officer (IO) Kulwindar Singh said that 24 intoxicant tablets (loose) were recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as Amanjot alias Raja, son of Bhagwant Singh, a resident of Gohir village.
IO said that a case under sections 22/ 61 / 85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
