The Bilga police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.
Investigating Officers (IOs) Kulwindar Singh said that 57 intoxicant tablets (loose) were recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as Rannjit Singh alias Kaki alias Fula, son of Bagga Singh, a resident of Burj Hassan village.
IO said that a case under sections 22/ 61 / 85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
