Mehat Pur resident found innocent in case of selling duplicate parts

 

 NAKODAR

The Mehat Pur police have found Saksham Setia, son of Rakesh Kumar, a resident of Model Town, Mehat Pur, innocent in a case of selling duplicate parts of the Kalsi company after receiving an inquiry report.

Investigating Officer (IO) Kashmir   Singh said that the police have nominated Manmit Singh Luthra, a resident of Lambrra village under Lambrra police station

Rajesh Sharma, resident of Suriya Enclave, Jalandhar, had complained to the police that the accused was manufacturing and selling duplicate submersible pumps of the Kalsi company and had cheated.   

 

IO said a case under section 318, 318(4) (cheating), and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) of the BNS and section 63 of the Copyright Act 1957 was registered in this connection on July 17.
