The Criminal Investigating Agency (CIA) of the Jalandhar (rural) police has arrested two drug peddlers on the charge of selling heroin.

said that 200 grams of heroin and Rs 500 drug money were recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as Sali Kumar alias Sahil, son of Sanjiv Kumar, a resident of Rannjit Nagar, Phagwara, and Manpreet Singh alias Nikka, son of Jagdish Singh, a resident of Kot Eese Khan in Moga
IO said a case under sections 21-B/ 61 / 85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused at Nakodar City police station, and their vehicle was impounded.
The Mehat Pur police have arrested a woman drug peddler, Amanpreet Kaur, wife of Daljit Singh, a resident of Birr Balloki village, with 20 intoxicant tablets (loose), said IO Jaspal Singh
