The Mehat Pur police have booked ten persons, including a woman, on charges of assault, house trespass, and criminal intimidation.
Investigating Officer (IO) Jaspal Singh Priya, wife of Sarabjit, a resident of Bath Kalan village, her son Prince, Akash Deep alias Sahil, and another Akshdeep and Akash, residents of Bath Kalan village, and their five unidentified accomplices
Parshotam Lal, a resident of the same village, complained to the police that the accused barged into his house and assaulted and threatened him.
IO said that a case under sections 333(house trespass after preparation for hurt ), 115(2)(voluntarily causing hurt ), 351(2) (criminal intimidation), and 190 (unlawful assembly) of the BNS has been registered against the accused, and further investigations are on
