The Nurmahal police have arrested three miscreants on the charge of snatching cash and a mobile from a migrant.
Investigating Officer (IO) Davinder Singh said that the accused have been identified as Harpreet Singh, son of Kartar Singh, Sunil Kumar, son of Balveer Singh, and Jaskaran Singh, son of Gurwindar Singh, all residents of Loh Garh village under Mehat Pur police station ..
Shankar, a native of Uttar Pradesh and residing at Shamsha Bad village, complained to the police that the accused snatched Rs 500 and a mobile handset from him near the village on July 8 at the point of a sharp-edged weapon 16.
IO said that a case under section 309(4) (robbery)and 3(5) (committing a crime with common intention) of the BNS has been registered against the accused.
