A married man on Sunday committed suicide.
Station House Officer (SHO) Paramjit Singh Davindar alias Babbu, son of Buta Ram, a resident of Bundala village.
Harjindar Kumar, son of the deceased, told the police that his father ended his life by strangling himself. SHO said that the police, acting under section 194 of the BNNS, handed over the body to the familyafterthe postmortem.
