The Lohian Khas police have arrested a drug peddler couple on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.
Investigating Officer (IO) Balveer Chand said that 196 intoxicant tablets were recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as Prince, son of Mangal Singh, a resident of Jamsher village, and his wife, Sona alias Bebi.
IO said a case under sections 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
