The Lohian Khas Pur police have booked a youth on the charge of kidnapping a minor.
Nishan Singh, a resident of Fateh Pur Bhangwan village, complained to the police that an unidentified accused kidnapped his minor daughter on the night of May 13 night.
Investigating officer (IO) Avtar Singh said
IO said that a case under sections 137(2) (kidnapping) and 96(procuration of child) of the BNS has been registered against the unidentified accused, and further investigation is on.
