The Mehat Pur police have booked two women thieves for stealing items from a factory.
Investigating Officer (IO) Harwindar Singh said the accused have been identified as Pinki wife of Fauji resident of near railway crossing, Nakodar and Bina wife of Umi of Mohalla Saran, Nakodar
Rohit a resident of Green Colony Mehat Pur
complained to the police that the accused barged into his factory on February 24 and stole many items.
IO said a case under sections 331(4) (lurking house-trespass) 305(theft in dwelling house) of the BNS has been registered against the accused.
