NAKODAR
The Nakodar City police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling heroin. Station House Officer (SHO) Aman Sainni said that 4 grams heroin was recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Sukhdeep Singh alias Goldi son of Gurindar Pal Singh Lal a resident of Mohalla Sher Pur, Nakodar.
SHO said that a case under sections 21-/61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
The Mehat Pur police arrested drug peddlers Chandan Sharma son of Mohindar Pal of Mohalla Guru Nanak Pura Nakodar and Sahil Kumar alias Sanju son of Rajuindar Kumar a resident of Balachaur in Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar with 4 gram of heroin and impounded a Ford Classic car in which they were travelling with the contraband said investigating Officer Gurnam Singh.
