The Shahkot police have arrested two thieves on the charge of stealing electricity wires.
The investigating officer (IO) Sarwann Singh said that the accused have been identified as Karan Luthra son of Dharm Pal a resident of Mohalla Dhurr Kot and Rohit Dheer alias Pakorra son of Tilak Raj a resident of Mohalla Bagh Wala Shahkot .
IO said the accused were indulging in stealing electrify wires and other items and recovered from their possession stolen wires.
IO said that a case under sections 303(2) (theft ) ,305(theft in dwelling house))of the B.N.S. has been registered against the accused.
