NAKODAR
The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets .Investigating officer (IO)Major r Singh said that 271 intoxicant tablets were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Vikram Jot alias Bika son of Surindar Singh a resident of Sharak Pur village in Kapurthala .
IO said that a case under sections 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
