NAKODAR
The Mehat Pur police have arrested a tractor trolley driver for causing death by negligence .
Investigating Officer(IO) Gurnam Singh said the accused have been identified as Sukhwindar Singh alias Sukh Baba son of Bhula Singh a resident of Baloki village .
The IO said a case under section 106(causing death by negligence ) 125,125- .A(causing grievous hurt)324(mischief) and 285(danger or obstruction in public way ) of the BNS was registered against the accused and two others .
