Shahkot Nagar Panchayat (NP) members on Monday failed to elect its office beavers.
Executive officer Baljit Singh said Tehsildar Manjindar Singh who was appointed convener for the meeting administrated oath to all 13 councilors, but members started quarreling with each other and four members of APP left the meeting and the convener also left as a result of no election of office-bearers was held.
