NAKODAR.
The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets and injections. Investigating officer (IO) Jaspal Singh said that 105 intoxicant tablets and 12 intoxicant injections were recovered from the accused's possession. The accused has been identified as Jaswindar Singh son of Kala Singh a resident of Dogra Wal village under Subhan Pur police station Kapurthala.
IO said a case under section 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act had been registered against the accused.
