NAKODAR
The Nakodar Sadar police have booked a Haryana state vehicle driver on a charge of causing death by negligence.
Investigating Officer (IO) Kulvinder Singh said the accused has been identified as Kuldeep Singh a resident of Kaithal district Haryana state.
Ram Dass a resident of Mahun Wal village complained to the police that the accused driver hit his nephew Sukhjinder Pal’s motorcycle on December 31 near Beer Pind village who died on the spot.
IO said a case under sections 106 (causing death by negligence), 281(rash driving on a public road), 125A -B (causing grievous hurt), and 324(4) (mischief) of the BNS has been registered against the accused.
