The Mehat Pur police have booked an unidentified vehicle driver on a charge of killing a migrant couple in an accident.
Ravi Muni a Bihar native presently living at Sango Wal Tibbe village complained to the police that an unidentified vehicle hit his brother Sushila Muni and his wife Rekha Kumari near Billa village who died on the spot.
Investigating Officer Gurnam Singh said that a case under sections 106(1) (causing death by negligence), 281(rash driving on a public road), 125 (act endangering life or personal safety of others), and 324(4)(5) (mischief) of the BNS has been registered against the unidentified accused.
