The Nakodar city police have arrested four drug peddlers on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.
Station House Officer (SHO) Aman Saini Kumar said that 260 intoxicant tablets were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Rahul Gill alias Giani son of Bodh Raj , Navjot alias Ravi son of Ajay Kumar both residents of Rishi Nagar, Nnidar Kumar alias Nindar son of Bachan Das a resident of Mohalla Baji Gar and Rohit Dheer alias Jharriya son of Satish Kumar a resident of Mohalla Adda Mehat Pur
The SHO said a case under section 22-B/61/85 of the NDPS Act had been registered against the accused, and two motorcycles they were traveling on with the contraband were impounded.
