The Criminal Investigating Agency (CIA) of the Jalandhar rural police has arrested a Himachal Pradesh drug smuggler with smack ,d drug money.
CIA in charge Pushash Bali said the accused has been identified as Amit Kumar alias Bhati alias Meeta son of Tarsem Lal a resident of Bhuntar in Kullu district Himachal and presently living in Kadian Gurdas Pur and 95 grams of smack and Rs 1 Lakh drug money was recovered from his possession.
Bali said a case under sections 21-B/27-A/61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused at Bog Pur police station and a case of drug peddling is pending against the accused at Maqsudan police station.
