The Nakodar City police have booked an unidentified tractor driver on charges of rash riding, causing grievous hurt by an act endangering the life or personal safety of others and mischief.
Kuldeep Singh a resident of New Kartar Nagar Shahkot complained to the police that his wife and two sons were returning home on October 20 and when they reached Mallarri village gate an unidentified tractor trolley turned his vehicle without hitting any indication and hit his son’s car seriously injured all.
Investigating Officer Kulwindar Singh said that a case under sections 281 (rash driving on riding public way) 125-(B) (causing grievous hurt) and 324(4) (mischief) of the BNS has been registered against the unidentified accused
