The Shahkot police have booked three unidentified miscreants on the charge of snatching a migrant’s motorcycle and phone.
Jai Kishan Mehta a native of Bihar state and presently living at Koharr Kalan village complained to the police that he was returning home on September 21 night when three unidentified motorcycle-borne miscreants snatched his motorcycle (PB08-CR-5077) and a phone at the point a sharp-edged weapon near Meaney Wal Arariyeen village.
Investigating Officer Sarwann Singh said that a case under sections 304 (snatching) and 3(5) (committing a crime with the common intention) of the BNS has been registered against the unidentified accused and further investigation is on.
