NAKODAR.
The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.
Investigating officer (IO) and Uggi police post in charge Kabal Singh said that 95 intoxicant tablets were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Gagi son of Pali resident of Batala under Bias police station Amritsar and presently living at Dharam Kot, Jalandhar.
IO said a case under section 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
