The Lohian Khas police have arrested Balwindar Kumar alias Bindi a resident of ward no 9 and his fifteen accomplices for gambling. Investigating Officer Balkar Singh said that the accused were selling betting slips and Rs 18,500 were recovered from their possession. A case under section 318(4) (cheating) of the BNS and section 7(1),3 of the Lotteries Regulation Act has been registered against the accused
