NAKODAR
The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a woman drug peddler on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.
Investigating officer (IO) and Shankar police post in-charge Harjit Singh said that 105 intoxicant tablets (loose) were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Bakhasho wife of Kulwindar Ram a resident of Jandiala village under Banga police station in Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar district.
IO said a case under section 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
