The Bilga police have arrested a woman-proclaimed offender (PO) absconding for the last five years. Investigating Officer Satpal said that the accused has been identified as Pinki wife of Kartar Singh a resident of Mohalla Gaji Pur Aadam Pur wanted in case of cheating and breach of trust and Travel Agent Act registered in October 2019.
