Faridkot police have claimed to have arrested one Jasandeep Singh son of Baljeet Singh of ward no 4,Khara Killian Wali,police station Sadul Sehar of Ganganagar has been arrested.
The police said that during a patrol,the police party saw the suspect sitting in his car and when the police party searched,he was found to be in possession of one kilogram of opium in transparent white polythene.
A case againt the accused was registered under relevant sections of NDPS
act at city police station Faridkot.
His forwards and backwards links are being investigated,the police said.
