The Lohian Khas police have arrested a person for selling illicit country-made liquor. Investigating Officer Parwidner Singh said that 10 bottles of hooch and 105 kilograms of Lahann (raw liquor) were recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as Makhann Singh a resident of Mundi Shehariyan village. A case under Sections 61/1/14 of the Punjab Excise Act has been registered against the accused.
