Bajakhana police have booked three persons including a woman for cheating one Sharma Singh of Rs 23.50 lakh.
Sharma Singh ,a resident of Behbal Kalan village of Faridkot had moved an application this regard with the SSP Faridkot.
The case has been registered againt the accused after an inquiry by DSP Jaitu.
The police have booked Charanjeet Kaur alias Kalo,resident of Gurusar village,adjoing to the village of the complainant, Sikander Singh alias Jassa of Mani Singh Wala of Faridkot,who is currently living in village Burj Ladha Singh Wala of Bathinda and one Binder Singh of village Mehmuana of Bathinda under sections 420 and 120 B of IPC.
When contacted,inspector Baldev Singh,station house officer PS Bajakhana about the case of cheating,he said that there was some issue of money transaction which led to the cheating.
