NAKODAR
The Mehat Pur police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.
Investigating officer (IO) Gurnam Singh said 120 intoxicant tablets(loose) were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Gurmeet Singh alias Meeta son of Surat Singh a resident of Umre Wal village.
IO said a case under sections 22-B//61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
