NAKODAR
The Jalandhar district and sessions judge Ms.Rupinder Jit Chahal acquitted a person of murdering his brother. The court said the prosecution has failed to prove the charge of murder level against Sukhdev alias Keba son of Najar Chand a resident of Aadhi village.
The Nakodar Sadar police had registered a First Information Report under section 302 (murder) against Sukhdev for murdering his brother Satpal alias Sattu on June 5, 2020
