The Bilga police have been arrested on the charges of cheating.
The investigating officer (IO) Gurnam Singh said that the accused has been identified as Mohit Big son of Suresh Big a resident of Daya Nagar, Raj Pura, Hussain Pur Ludhiana.
IO said a case under section 420(cheating) of the Indian Penal Code was registered against the accused.
