NURMAHAL Heavy police arrangements were put in place as the Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) a religious seat headed by Ashutosh Maharaj (clinically declared dead but claimed to be in Samadhi), held its Guru Purnima celebrations on Wednesday in view of the threats by some terrorists against the Sansthan, headquartered in Nurmahal.
