CHANDIGARH: After the government deferred the investigation into the Behbal Kalan police firing case and the deadline of 15 days expired, the Insaf Morcha has refused to give more time to investigate the matter. The Morcha has also rejected the proposal of cabinet minister Harjot Singh Bains.
