Mumbai: After forming the government in Maharashtra with BJP rebelling from Shiv Sena, Eknath Shinde has said that during the Maha Vikas Aghadi formed with NCP and Congress, decisions were not being taken on many issues like Dawood, Mumbai blasts, and Hindutva-Savarkar.
