NAKODAR
The Nakodar Sadar police have booked an unidentified canker driver on charges of causing death by negligence, rash driving, and mischief.
Sandeep Kumar a resident of Aadramaan village factory Kapurthala complained to the police that an unidentified tanker driver crushed to death his friend Sekhar son of Jswant Rai a resident of Folarri wal village near Kang Sahibu village.
Investigating Officer Janak Raj said that a case under sections 304-A (causing death by negligence), 279(rash driving on a public road) 337.338(causing grievous hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others.) and 427(mischief) of the IPC has been registered against the unidentified accused.
