Banga / Nawanshehr :  Taking ahead its campaign "Sukhbir Di Gup, AAP Da Sach", Aam Aadmi Party staged a protest  near village Thandian on Banga-Nawanshehr road. Notably, Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal had laid a foundation stone of four lanning project of this road.

While expressing his views, AAP candidate from Nawanshehr Charanjit Singh Channi said that bewildered by the huge response of the public to the policies of AAP, Punjab Government, particularly Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal is trying to divert the attention of the people through its false propaganda of development. In this league, he is on a spree of laying foundation stones of mega projects at various places in Punjab, however, there is no sign of these projects at ground level.

"Sukhbir Di Gup, AAP Da Sach will expose the lies of Sukhbir

Citing an example Channi said that there is no mention of this project in government records. As per the information received from the Forest department, no notification has been issued to cut trees prior to the widening of the road. This fact is enough to expose the false claims of Sukhbir Badal.

Channi said that Sukhbir Badal is popularly known as  "Gappi" and he does not even bothers to check the actual position before making tall claims on the stages. Another citation that corroborates the "Gup" of Sukhbir is his dream project of Water Bus which is lying under lock since its inception. His this dream has cost dearer to the farmers nearby where several acres of crops have been destroyed because excess water was let out to run this water bus.

Sector Incharge Rajinder Sharma said that Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has already laid the foundation stone of this road project earlier. He said that either Sukhbir Badal does not rely upon the commitment of its ally or eyeing the forthcoming elections, he wants to claim the credit of this project.

Sharma said that the locals as well as the residents of whole Punjab are well versed with the hyperboles of Sukhbir Badal and they will show Akalis the door in elections of 2017. He said that Aam Aadmi APrty will further expose the lies of Sukhbir Badal in its series of "Sukhbir Di Gup, AAP Da Sach" campaign.
