CID officer posted at Nurmahal Pawan Kumar Rai was bereaved when his mother Surjit Ranni wife of Dharam Pal and resident of Nahal village passed on Friday.
The deceased is survived by two sons and would be creamed on Sunday after arrival of her son Vinod Kumar Rai from abroad.
